This historic property has been lovingly renovated, maintaining its fascinating heritage while offering modern comforts. the warm hospitality of the owner was evident in every detail, from the handwritten wifi placard in our cozy room to the thoughtful touches like spare umbrellas by the entrance. The breakfast spread was a highlight of our mornings - a traditional Norwegian feast featuring delicacies like smoked salmon, caviar, and freshly brewed coffee. The convenient location allowed us to easily explore the town and nearby attractions, like the Ålesund Aquarium and the open-air museum right across the street. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the surroundings, with only a short drive to the airport for our departure. Overall, Jervell Gjestehus offered a perfect blend of historical charm, modern amenities, and genuine hospitality. We cannot wait to return and indulge in this unique guest house experience once again.
